Amy is the President and Owner of M3 Events. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minor in business management from MTSU and has over 20 years of experience in the professional association management industry, specializing in corporate and non-profit associations, while also working with large-scale meetings and conferences.

Elena is a detail-oriented professional with a business degree in Marketing from MTSU, passionate about event planning and nonprofit work. Known for her organizational skills and ability to connect with others, she’s eager to create meaningful events and support impactful initiatives in the nonprofit sector.

Abby Dodson

Abby is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with 12 years of experience in education and instructional coaching, bringing a strong foundation in professional development, leadership support, and strategic communication. As Director of Professional Development, she is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences, supporting member growth, and developing programs that foster connection, engagement, and professional excellence.

Susan Griffin

Susan has 20 years of experience in meeting and event planning. Prior to her work in events and meetings, she worked as production and catering manager for David Copperfield, as well as lighting director for other touring artists, entertainers, and musicians.
